Company Introduction

Our client is a leading Corporate Services Provider in Malta.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the Accounting Team with various day-to-day administrative tasks;
  • Assist with the ongoing administration of the bank accounts including liaising with the banks and clients on transactions;
  • Manage and prepare the necessary documentation to comply with statutory, legal, corporate, secretarial, and administrative procedures;
  • Organise physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents when needed;
  • Undertake other duties from time to time as may be agreed with the Head of Accounting.


  • Possess a diploma or equivalent qualification in a field related to the financial services industry;
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in a financial services environment, which is highly desirable;
  • Exhibit a high standard of written and spoken business English.
