Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of accounting, compliance, and business clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery;
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee workflow across the team to ensure deadlines and operational objectives are met;
  • Allocate work effectively and monitor progress to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained;
  • Review accounting, tax, compliance, and related deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements;
  • Support team development through recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day supervision;
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing professional guidance and maintaining strong business relationships;
  • Monitor workloads, priorities, and resources to ensure smooth operational performance;
  • Assist with process improvements and contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the department.

Experience

  • Qualified accountant or a professional with experience within accounting or a related field;
  • Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating teams;
  • Experience within a professional services, corporate services, or accounting environment will be considered an asset.
