- Lead and manage a team of qualified and semi-qualified accountants;
- Strategically plan, distribute, and review tasks to ensure optimal efficiency and quality;
- Ensure the highest standards of quality control across all processes;
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Experience
- Hold a ACCA qualification or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Possess a CPA warrant or equivalent certification;
- Have at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting;
- Knowledge of Xero software would be considered as an advantage;
- Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
