Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of qualified and semi-qualified accountants;
  • Strategically plan, distribute, and review tasks to ensure optimal efficiency and quality;
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality control across all processes;
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Experience

  • Hold a ACCA qualification or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • Possess a CPA warrant or equivalent certification;
  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting;
  • Knowledge of Xero software would be considered as an advantage;
  • Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
