Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Carrying out day-to-day postings in Sage;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Daily Cash reconciliations;
  • Daily Payments to customers;
  • Filing and organising of various documents.


  • A minimum of two years` work experience in an equivalent or similar role;
  • Skilled and proficient users of Microsoft excel;
  • Applicants must have Accounts O’ level standard / A’ level standard / AAT qualification or in the early stages of ACCA.

Personal Skills

  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft applications;
  • Be ready and eager to learn new skills and be committed to achieve the best possible results;
  • Be responsible and a team player with a positive attitude to work;
  • Be an organised and flexible individual with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
