Company Introduction

Our client is a leading importer/distributor to Hospitals and Pharmacies.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and send client invoices, along with issuing credit notes and receipts;
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance department;
  • Record all accounting entries up to trial balance in the financial accounting system;
  • Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses;
  • Update and reconcile bank accounts, including monthly bank reconciliations;
  • Regularly reconcile creditors’ statements with accounting records;
  • Support VAT return preparation and other regulatory reporting;
  • Manage debtor follow-ups and ensure timely collections;
  • Assist in periodic internal and external audits;
  • Participate in periodic stock-taking activities.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role;
  • Proficiency with accounting software;
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel;
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Attention to detail.
