Company Introduction
Our client is a leading importer/distributor to Hospitals and Pharmacies.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and send client invoices, along with issuing credit notes and receipts;
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance department;
- Record all accounting entries up to trial balance in the financial accounting system;
- Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses;
- Update and reconcile bank accounts, including monthly bank reconciliations;
- Regularly reconcile creditors’ statements with accounting records;
- Support VAT return preparation and other regulatory reporting;
- Manage debtor follow-ups and ensure timely collections;
- Assist in periodic internal and external audits;
- Participate in periodic stock-taking activities.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role;
- Proficiency with accounting software;
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
- Attention to detail.
