Company Introduction
Our client is a professional service firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate and send out client invoices based on timesheets and project management;
- Handle general book-keeping duties including reconciliations and updating of ledgers within the group;
- Process invoices, expense reports and incoming receipts;
- Perform regular intercompany reconciliations;
- Prepare and handle letter of engagements;
- Liaise with departmental management in order to ensure that client’s deadlines are met;
- Assist in debt collection;
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the practice management software of the Group;
- Maintain contact with the accounting software providers for updates and assistance;
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls;
- Provide administrative support where required;
Experience
- Possess an A’ level standard in Accounting, along with pursuing an AAT or ACCA qualification (or equivalent), even in the early stages, will be highly regarded;
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting role is required;
- Proficiency in Excel, general IT, and other Microsoft applications is essential;
- Familiarity with Xero and/or Zoho will be considered advantageous.

- Ability to work under pressure;
- Effective ommunication skills and high attention to detail together with a good level of accuracy.
