Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the team in the preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements;
- Help manage monthly payroll processes for clients in a timely and accurate manner;
- Assist with the compilation and submission of VAT returns;
- Contribute to the preparation of corporate tax computations and returns;
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure smooth day-to-day company administration;
- Take initiative to ensure all statutory filing deadlines are met;
- Coordinate with auditors and banking institutions as required.
Experience
- Recently qualified or currently working towards an accounting qualification such as ACCA or equivalent;
- Possess up to 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role will be considered an asset;
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset.

- Strong client-service mindset with good interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
