Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the team in the preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements;
  • Help manage monthly payroll processes for clients in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Assist with the compilation and submission of VAT returns;
  • Contribute to the preparation of corporate tax computations and returns;
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure smooth day-to-day company administration;
  • Take initiative to ensure all statutory filing deadlines are met;
  • Coordinate with auditors and banking institutions as required.

Experience

  • Recently obtained or currently pursuing a qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA or equivalent);
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications effectively.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of Maltese is considered an asset;
  • Strong client orientation with a proactive and solution-driven mindset;
  • Capable of working independently while meeting deadlines and managing responsibilities efficiently.
