Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Execute a variety of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support tasks;
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients;
  • Maintain accounting documents and records meticulously;
  • Conduct Bank Account reconciliations and implement necessary corrective entries;
  • Assume responsibility for creditors’ postings in the general ledger;
  • Provide valuable support to the Accounts team;
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end processes.


  • Have at least 1 year of experience in an accounting role;
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal proficiency in both English and Maltese;
  • Exhibit a strong command of Microsoft Office.
