Our client is a leading provider in the industrial goods and services industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Issueing and posting of invoices;
  • Processing of payments;
  • Communicating with the clients in order to improve customer satisfaction; managing emails, customer contracts, credit collections and other commercial activity;
  • Other ad hoc office duties.


  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Maltese and English;
  • Good written communication skills in English;
  • Ability to speak Italian is highly desired;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Hardworking and ambitious;
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as be a team player.
