Company Introduction
Our client is a food producer and distributor based in Gozo.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Post sales and purchase invoices;
- Prepare and process payments runs;
- Record receipts from customers and debtor chasing;
- Prepare cashbook entries and performing periodic cash reconciliations;
- Prepare periodic bank, supplier and intercompany reconciliations;
- Assist in the month-end procedures;
- File documents;
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns & management accounts;
- Compile reports & monthly computations as requested by management.
Experience
- Hold or in the process of obtaining a Advanced Diploma in Accounting/AAT, or attained an A’ Level in Accounts;
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Personal Skills
- Have good communication skills;
- Be attentive to detail.
