Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Performing word-processing and working with spreadsheets;
  • Greeting clients and handling e-mails and phone calls professionally;
  • Handling mail and couriers and maintaining manual and electronic records accordingly;
  • Undertaking filing, archiving, scanning and photocopying;
  • Preparing boardrooms for meetings;
  • Inputting timesheets;
  • Performing general secretarial and office duties;
  • Performing reception duties as required.


  • Have a good level of education;
  • Be able to communicate in written and spoken English (preferably Maltese too).

Personal Skills

  • Have a smart personal appearance;
  • Be reliable, trustworthy and responsible;
  • Possess a clean police conduct certificate;
  • Be proficient in typing and familiar with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Possess good organisational and communication skills;
  • Be eager to learn and ready to work as part of a team;
  • Be flexible in terms of tasks to be carried out;
  • Be capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
