Our client is a leading law firm, specializing in Maritime Sector.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle reception duties, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls;
  • Prepare and dispatch couriers efficiently and accurately;
  • Assist with the application process for crew member licensing and endorsements;
  • Perform minimal filing to maintain organized records;
  • Input and manage expense records diligently;
  • Drop off and pick up documents from nearby law firms or foreign offices;
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized;
  • Address other smaller day-to-day tasks as needed to support office operations.

Experience

  • Be fluent in English;
  • Have a good command of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Own means of transport will be considered a plus;
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Good organisational and time management skills;
  • Be attentive to detail.
