Our client is a leading law firm, specializing in Maritime Sector.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle reception duties, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls;
- Prepare and dispatch couriers efficiently and accurately;
- Assist with the application process for crew member licensing and endorsements;
- Perform minimal filing to maintain organized records;
- Input and manage expense records diligently;
- Drop off and pick up documents from nearby law firms or foreign offices;
- Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized;
- Address other smaller day-to-day tasks as needed to support office operations.
Experience
- Be fluent in English;
- Have a good command of Microsoft Office applications;
- Own means of transport will be considered a plus;
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
Personal Skills
- Good organisational and time management skills;
- Be attentive to detail.
