Our client is a leading tax, audit and advisory firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Head of AML & Compliance in ensuring the Firm meets its obligations under applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies;
- Help identify potential compliance and regulatory risks, and contribute to the development and monitoring of effective internal controls;
- Promote and uphold a robust compliance culture across the Firm’s operations and teams;
- Manage the client onboarding process, including conducting KYC checks, performing risk assessments, and reviewing relevant documentation;
- Carry out regular reviews of client files to ensure alignment with AML requirements and regulatory standards;
- Provide compliance support and guidance to various departments across the organisation;
- Assist in responding to regulatory authorities with required data, reports, and information requests;
- Maintain accurate and complete records of client due diligence and related compliance activities;
- Support the process of opening bank accounts for clients, ensuring all documentation is in order;
- Perform other compliance-related duties as assigned from time to time.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role within the financial services sector;
- Qualifications at MQF Level 5 or higher in Risk Management, Anti-Financial Crime, AML, or a related field will be considered an asset;
- Solid understanding of KYC processes, particularly in relation to customer due diligence requirements;
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks;
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
