Our client is a leading tax, audit and advisory firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the Company in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements under the guidance of the Head of AML & Compliance;
  • Identify potential compliance and regulatory risks and assist in implementing, monitoring, and improving controls to mitigate them;
  • Help maintain a robust compliance framework across all operations and staff;
  • Manage client onboarding processes, including KYC checks, risk assessments, and documentation verification;
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client files to ensure ongoing adherence to AML and regulatory standards;
  • Provide compliance support to other departments as needed;
  • Assist in responding to regulatory requests for information, data, and reporting;
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and due diligence activities;
  • Support the process of opening bank accounts for clients;
  • Carry out other compliance-related duties as required.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related role within the financial sector;
  • Qualifications at MQF Level 5 or higher in Risk Management, Anti-Financial Crime, AML, or a related field are considered an advantage;
  • Practical knowledge and experience of KYC procedures, including due diligence requirements;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling tasks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
