Our client is a leading tax, audit and advisory firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Company in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements under the guidance of the Head of AML & Compliance;
- Identify potential compliance and regulatory risks and assist in implementing, monitoring, and improving controls to mitigate them;
- Help maintain a robust compliance framework across all operations and staff;
- Manage client onboarding processes, including KYC checks, risk assessments, and documentation verification;
- Conduct periodic reviews of client files to ensure ongoing adherence to AML and regulatory standards;
- Provide compliance support to other departments as needed;
- Assist in responding to regulatory requests for information, data, and reporting;
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and due diligence activities;
- Support the process of opening bank accounts for clients;
- Carry out other compliance-related duties as required.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related role within the financial sector;
- Qualifications at MQF Level 5 or higher in Risk Management, Anti-Financial Crime, AML, or a related field are considered an advantage;
- Practical knowledge and experience of KYC procedures, including due diligence requirements;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling tasks;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
