Company Introduction

Our client specializes in property development and investment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee works on multiple residential buildings owned by the company, including upgrades, extensions, maintenance, and routine inspections;
  • Manage and coordinate projects as assigned by the company, ensuring timely execution;
  • Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and follow given directions;
  • Apply project management procedures and utilize MS Project Management tools effectively;
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in accordance with standard procedures;
  • Prepare specifications and cost estimates for required works when needed.

Experience

  • A qualification at MQF Level 6 or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry;
  • A Perit Warrant is an advantage but not a requirement;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D);
  • A valid Category B driving license.
