Our client specializes in property development and investment.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee works on multiple residential buildings owned by the company, including upgrades, extensions, maintenance, and routine inspections;
- Manage and coordinate projects as assigned by the company, ensuring timely execution;
- Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and follow given directions;
- Apply project management procedures and utilize MS Project Management tools effectively;
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in accordance with standard procedures;
- Prepare specifications and cost estimates for required works when needed.
Experience
- A qualification at MQF Level 6 or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry;
- A Perit Warrant is an advantage but not a requirement;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D);
- A valid Category B driving license.
