• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to anticipate player preferences, delivering innovative and engaging visual designs;
• Support team development by mentoring artists, promoting creativity, improving quality, and ensuring timely project completion.

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience as an Art Director or a similar role in the gaming industry, with a focus on online or casino games;
• Skilled in 2D and 3D art creation, including concept design, animation, and character development;
• Proven ability to define and uphold consistent visual styles across multiple projects, balancing creativity with practical implementation.
