Company Introduction

Our client is a leading operator in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop, organize, and oversee all maintenance activities;
  • Design and manage weekly schedules for maintenance tasks;
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to the Maintenance Manager;
  • Work closely with various departments to meet their maintenance and refurbishment needs;
  • Ensure adherence to legal Health and Safety standards and stay updated on any changes;
  • Contribute to efforts aimed at reducing energy consumption and managing related costs;
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers;
  • Lead and support the maintenance team, along with other hotel services;
  • Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.

Experience

  • Have a standard level of educational background;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Possess an  A & B Licence;
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Competency in computer applications;
  • Knowledge of BMS would be considered as an asset;
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment is advantageous;
  • In possession of a Maltese driving licence would be beneficial.
