Company Introduction

Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle the reservations team as well as the company’s front office.
  • Making sure that guest satisfaction is maximised while increasing revenue targets and minimising costs related to reservations;
  • Handle all operations tasks and optimise individual reservations;
  • Coordinate staff to ensure optimal utilisation of the department’s capacities;
  • Onboarding and coaching staff;
  • Maintain the PMS;
  • Coordinate and monitor the online booking engine;
  • Monitor the front office kiosk system.


  • Successfully completed training within the hospitality industry;
  • At least 3 years of experience in reservations or in a front office environment;
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of over 5 employees;
  • Very good knowledge of common reservation systems and MS Office;
  • Excellent written & spoken German and English skills.
