Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the deputy responsibilities of the reservations team and the centralized front office;
- Maximize guest satisfaction while continuously increasing revenue targets and minimizing reservation costs;
- Expertly advise and consult on all operational tasks and optimize individual bookings;
- Plan Reservations Agents' shifts to ensure optimal capacity utilization of the department;
- Lead the onboarding and coaching of colleagues at hotel locations in the front office;
- Maintain the PMS system and coordinate with the Revenue & Distribution/Group Reservations/Marketing department to monitor online booking engines and the front office kiosk system.
Experience
- Successfully completed training within the hospitality industry;
- At least 3 years of experience in reservations or in a front office environment;
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of over 5 employees;
- Very good knowledge of common reservation systems and MS Office;
- Excellent written & spoken German and English skills.
