Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Carry out daily updates to the inventory list;
- Check levels of stock;
- Minimise the total stock holdings without negative impact and effectively manage stock levels;
- Prepare the Manual and Automatic Orders (PR’s);
- Investigate all requests for stock variance;
- Identify and implement cost-saving techniques;
- Carry out other duties that can be allocated.
Experience
- Be in possession of Accounting and Maths O'levels;
- Have good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of ERP Systems will be advantageous;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Have the ability to investigate Stock Discrepancies accurately.

- Have knowledge of parts.
