Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to assess customers’ creditworthiness and financial standing;
  • Support Relationship Managers with customer due diligence, acting as part of the Bank’s first line of defence in accordance with Risk and AML policies;
  • Coordinate with clients to collect all necessary financial data, documentation, and information for business proposals;
  • Handle client inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department when required;
  • Assist Relationship Managers in planning and conducting periodic reviews, including annual assessments and identification of emerging risks;
  • Contribute to the preparation of client reviews by performing financial, industry, and competitor analyses, and highlighting key risk factors;
  • Monitor existing client relationships and ensure the effective servicing of their credit and deposit facilities;
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant completion of end-to-end processes;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients across lending and deposit services;
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the Bank’s quality standards and professional practices;
  • Participate in system testing and implementation activities related to corporate banking operations.

Experience

  • Knowledge of Credit Operations, Corporate Loan Support, and other corporate banking products, including Bank Guarantees, is considered an asset;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential;
  • Competent in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
