Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee and manage statutory audits from initial planning through to final completion;
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and ensure all necessary documentation is completed, including communication with those charged with governance (e.g., management letter);
  • Identify audit issues, communicate findings, and offer actionable recommendations;
  • Supervise and provide guidance to junior auditors, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in their work;
  • Support the onboarding process and provide hands-on training for audit associates;
  • Contribute to additional audit-related projects as needed.

Experience

  • Hold a university degree or be in the advanced stages of completing the ACCA qualification;
  • Bring 2-3 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of IFRS, ISAs, and local regulatory standards.

  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and time management capabilities;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and work independently;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
