Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with resellers for IT products;
  • Monitor inventory, analyze sales data, and provide forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels;
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential reseller partners within the IT products sector;
  • Generate leads and approach clients to expand the Company’s market presence;
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing resellers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Visit clients to understand their requirements while effectively promoting the Company’s offerings;
  • Provide regular updates, training, and support to resellers to maximize their sales potential;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to address reseller needs and enhance our product offerings;
  • Set ambitious sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them;
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and technological advancements within the IT products sector.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably within the B2B or distribution sector, with a track record of success;
  • Knowledge of IT products and market dynamics is advantageous but not mandatory.

Personal Skills

  • A hands-on approach to work, coupled with strong business acumen and a genuine passion for sales;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with resellers;
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
