Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process and activate new currency trading accounts;
  • Review client applications and supporting documentation;
  • Provide customer service and correspondence (via email, live chat and phone);
  • Translate documents, templates and communicate with English speaking clients;
  • Trade investigations;
  • Reconciliations;
  • Ad hoc report generation;
  • Projects and miscellaneous assignments.

Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, and Accounting or equivalent work experience;
  • Be fluent in English both in written and verbal;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working with MetaTrader 4/5 software would be considered an asset;
  • Prior support and analyst experience is a plus.
