Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Fulfill individual business plan targets, such as achieving new deposit volumes and selling investment products, to qualify for financial bonuses based on sales performance;
  • Execute business activities, ensuring the required quantity and quality for the specified period, including necessary marketing efforts to expand the client portfolio;
  • Provide high-quality sales and consultancy services to clients, actively promoting and selling the Bank's deposit products to ensure maximum client satisfaction and build long-term relationships;
  • Enter into contracts within established standards to meet all contractual requirements;
  • Facilitate client onboarding and maintain necessary documentation for entrusted activities, ensuring proper storage and processing of information;
  • Monitor and analyze clients continuously to minimize risks and potential losses, proactively communicating with clients, providing advice, handling requests, concluding contracts, and resolving complaints and comments;
  • Communicate internally to address non-standard situations, transfer more complex products, and facilitate reporting.

Experience

  • Possess a Diploma or 1st Degree in Commerce or Business Studies;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, particularly in a front-office role with sales and business responsibilities, ideally within the retail segment or relationship management will be considered a strong asset;
  • Proficiency in PC work, including solid skills in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel;
  • Be fluent in English.

  • Have strong sales skills and a proactive approach;
  • Have excellent communication skills.
