Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Achieve personal business targets and objectives;
  • Engage in proactive prospecting and client acquisition efforts;
  • Provide expert sales and advisory services to clients, focusing on Bank deposit products and ensuring high client satisfaction;
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with all requirements;
  • Manage client onboarding, maintains essential documentation, and ensures the proper transfer of data for secure storage and processing;
  • Regularly monitor client activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks and losses;
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term business growth;
  • Deliver training and development programs to Bank employees, sharing expertise and enhancing professional capabilities within the team.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or the banking field;
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Word and Excel;
  • Fluent in both English and German;
  • Familiarity with acquisition and sales techniques.

  • Strong sales skills and drive;
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients.
