- Achieve personal business targets and objectives;
- Engage in proactive prospecting and client acquisition efforts;
- Provide expert sales and advisory services to clients, focusing on Bank deposit products and ensuring high client satisfaction;
- Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with all requirements;
- Manage client onboarding, maintains essential documentation, and ensures the proper transfer of data for secure storage and processing;
- Regularly monitor client activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks and losses;
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term business growth;
- Deliver training and development programs to Bank employees, sharing expertise and enhancing professional capabilities within the team.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or the banking field;
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
- Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Word and Excel;
- Fluent in both English and German;
- Familiarity with acquisition and sales techniques.
