Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organise and prioritise the preparation and issuance of invoices;
  • Handle client inquiries related to invoices, providing timely and accurate responses;
  • Maintain and update customer ledgers efficiently;
  • Support other office and accounting tasks as needed;
  • Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory changes;
  • Ensure all deadlines are consistently met;
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Experience

  • Have an A' level in Accountancy;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Personal Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English;
  • Able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
