- Organise and prioritise the preparation and issuance of invoices;
- Handle client inquiries related to invoices, providing timely and accurate responses;
- Maintain and update customer ledgers efficiently;
- Support other office and accounting tasks as needed;
- Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory changes;
- Ensure all deadlines are consistently met;
- Deliver high-quality service to clients, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Experience
- Have an A' level in Accountancy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Personal Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English;
- Able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
