Our client is a leading provider of energy management solutions.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement building management systems, ensuring efficient operation and performance;
- Conduct site inspections, assess client needs, and design tailored solutions to meet project specifications;
- Assist with tendering processes by preparing technical proposals, documentation, and bills of quantities (BOQs);
- Create project plans, defining resource allocation, schedules, and team responsibilities;
- Oversee and coordinate project execution with subcontractors and third-party service providers;
- Provide on-site technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle;
- Deliver post-installation support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client concerns;
- Train internal teams and external partners on system functionality and best practices;
- Design and execute comprehensive quality tests to ensure system reliability;
- Approve and sign off completed projects in line with contractual agreements;
- Prepare detailed operation and maintenance manuals for ongoing client reference;
- Keep all project-related documentation updated and organized;
- Occasionally travel abroad for short-term assignments as needed;
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Experience
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
- Previous experience in a BMS engineering role is preferred;
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and BMS platforms like Niagara is advantageous.
