Our Client is a provider of trust and corporate services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Post cash and investment journals in the nominal ledgers;
  • Reconcile bank and loan accounts;
  • Reconcile investment positions;
  • Price investments and post investment revaluation journals;
  • Calculate and accrue company expenses;
  • Calculate the net asset value of some companies;
  • Pay ongoing company expenses;
  • Process payments for investments;
  • Check receipts and document funds received;
  • Ensure investment requests are documented according to procedures;
  • Write company minutes for new investments and redemptions;
  • Responsible for electronic document filing;
  • Assist with maintaining the corporate register and database;
  • Write company minutes;
  • Assist with the appointment of directors and alternate directors;
  • Assist with the administration of intercompany share dealings;
  • Assist with the acceptance of new companies;
  • Be available to assist with other duties as requested.


  • Possess an ‘A’ level standard education, or equivalent;
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping practices and principles;
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

  •  Attention to detail  and ability to work with deadlines;
  •  Strong command of the English language;
  •  Ability to work on own initiative and within a small team.
