Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing a marketing strategy and campaign plans to support the Firm’s growth objectives/business development efforts;
  • Preparing and managing budgets to run effective campaigns;
  • Managing all media assets in line with industry best practices;
  • Strengthening brand awareness across audiences;
  • Supporting and collaborating with our HR team to develop employer branding proposition;
  • Understanding and comply with brand guidelines, assist in brand compliance and implementation, provide brand support;
  • Planning and budgeting for key industry events;
  • Collaborating with internal departments on specific projects requiring marketing communications
  • Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team;
  • Supporting the Business Development team by designing and implementing lead generation campaigns for targeted audiences;
  • Assisting in the definition of key messaging for custom audiences;
  • Ownership of the website and all content which is published on it;
  • Developing and implementing a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) plan;
  • Defining and launching online advertising campaigns such as Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns;
  • Monitoring and measuring activity, performance, leads and ranking; report regularly to senior leadership;
  • Building and managing collaborative relationships with external marketing agencies, freelancers, event organisers or suppliers related to the performance of these duties;
  • Seeking and managing PR opportunities across online and offline channels;
  • Taking overall responsibility for the Firm’s brand and communications function across online and offline channels including events and publications;
  • Managing and updating the Firm’s e-mail database, adhering to the GDPR best practices;
  • Understanding the business of the Firm to assist in defining custom audiences and targeted messaging;
  • Analysing data and insights acquired from marketing initiatives in fulfilment of these objectives.

Experience

  • Substantial proven experience in a similar role is required.
