- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business objectives;
- Increase brand visibility and recognition through targeted campaigns;
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and enhance market positioning;
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise return on investment;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts;
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to adjust pricing strategies accordingly;
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and special deals to drive sales;
- Oversee the company’s digital presence, including software and social media platforms, to engage and grow the audience.
Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar discipline;
- At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector would be highly advantageous;
- Strong proficiency in English and ideally Maltese.
