Company Introduction

Our client specializes in the distribution of a diverse range of products, including FMCG, healthcare, cosmetics, fragrances, and IT solutions.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business objectives;
  • Increase brand visibility and recognition through targeted campaigns;
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and enhance market positioning;
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise return on investment;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts;
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to adjust pricing strategies accordingly;
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions and special deals to drive sales;
  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including software and social media platforms, to engage and grow the audience.

Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar discipline;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector would be highly advantageous;
  • Strong proficiency in English and ideally Maltese.

  • Being tech-savvy with strong numerical abilities is essential;
  • Results-driven with exceptional negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently;
  • Capable of working effectively both autonomously and as a team player;
  • Maintains a positive attitude and is highly motivated to achieve success.
