Our client is a leading importer/distributor to Hospitals and Pharmacies.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan, develop, and implement strategic marketing initiatives, including product launches;
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, translating insights into impactful brand strategies;
- Drive product sales through active market presence, including visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare outlets, while working closely with the sales team;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, and suppliers locally and internationally;
- Provide education to healthcare providers on product benefits through regular visits, training sessions, and promotional or educational events;
- Develop and maintain an in-depth scientific understanding of assigned products and competitor offerings;
- Represent the brand at local and international events, conferences, and exhibitions;
- Achieve sales and profitability targets by executing effective brand and commercial strategies;
- Prepare client proposals and pricing structures in line with company policies and guidelines;
- Track performance through data analysis and reporting to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement;
- Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity to adapt and refine brand positioning;
- Lead brand campaigns that enhance visibility and strengthen overall brand identity.
Experience
- Have a background in medical or healthcare fields;
- Previous experience in a comparable role is considered an advantage;
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related scientific discipline;
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
