Company Introduction

Our client is a leading importer/distributor to Hospitals and Pharmacies.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan, develop, and implement strategic marketing initiatives, including product launches;
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, translating insights into impactful brand strategies;
  • Drive product sales through active market presence, including visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare outlets, while working closely with the sales team;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, and suppliers locally and internationally;
  • Provide education to healthcare providers on product benefits through regular visits, training sessions, and promotional or educational events;
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth scientific understanding of assigned products and competitor offerings;
  • Represent the brand at local and international events, conferences, and exhibitions;
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets by executing effective brand and commercial strategies;
  • Prepare client proposals and pricing structures in line with company policies and guidelines;
  • Track performance through data analysis and reporting to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement;
  • Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity to adapt and refine brand positioning;
  • Lead brand campaigns that enhance visibility and strengthen overall brand identity.

Experience

  • Have a background in medical or healthcare fields;
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is considered an advantage;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related scientific discipline;
  • Holder of a valid driving licence.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Well-organised with strong time management capabilities.
