Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and collaboration;
  • Manage and grow revenue generated from the assigned portfolio of customers;
  • Work closely with customers to ensure optimal positioning of games and collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional activities to maximise performance;
  • Ensure that commercial agreements and partnerships are maintained under favourable conditions for both parties;
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing team to deliver effective promotional initiatives for clients;
  • Act as a trusted partner for operators by maintaining open communication and sharing relevant industry knowledge;
  • Provide ongoing support to operators and ensure timely responses to requests, enquiries, and operational matters.

Experience

  • Previous experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role will be considered an advantage;
  • Native-level proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required;
  • Have the legal right to work in Brazil;
  • Willingness to complete an initial training period in Taiwan;
  • Candidates who have previously studied in Taiwan will be considered an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Portuguese;
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach to managing accounts;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners;
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
