Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures;
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events;
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility;
  • Conduct confidential interviews, check references, and perform background checks as needed;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process;
  • Maintain the internal candidate database, updating contact information, geographical locations, and availability for new work;
  • Communicate recruitment goals and objectives with recruiters and provide ongoing feedback and support;
  • Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment;
  • Develop and manage a recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the company to ensure that business development and recruitment efforts align with overall business goals.


  • Have 3 years’ of experience in any activity which includes the management of human resources;
  • Hold a University degree or Diploma in the field of Human Resources;
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, and recruitment;
  • Have hands-on knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR databases;
  • Be familiar with labor legislation and hiring practices;
  • Be fluent in English, both written and oral.
