Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, target, and secure new corporate clients who require luxury travel services;
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects, review travel preferences, and create sales pitches tailored to the client's requirements;
  • Engage with decision-makers in target companies through various channels, events, and referrals;
  • Deliver ambitious, persuasive sales presentations to clients to showcase the unique value of having the Company as their chosen travel partner;
  • Ensure that the Company's offerings align with clients’ business needs and travel policies;
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to deliver a seamless service to the clients you bring on board, ensuring constant client satisfaction;
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements in line with company guidelines and profitability targets;
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities on a daily basis;
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors and market conditions to ensure that the Company's sales strategies and offerings are always ahead of the curve;
  • Attend networking events to represent the Company and promote services.

Experience

  • Hold a valid driving licence;
  • Be fluent in English both written and spoken;
  • Have a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

  • Passion for and a profound grasp of the travel and luxury travel industry;
  • Robust negotiation and closing capabilities, enabling adept navigation through complex sales cycles;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude, fostering the capacity to forge connections and instill confidence in prospective clients;
  • A talent for recognizing and capitalizing on new business prospects at any given moment;
  • A goal-driven mentality, characterized by the determination to not only attain but surpass sales objectives;
  • The capacity to function both independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • Effective task prioritization for the timely achievement of deadlines and targets;
  • Readiness to travel as required to meet clients and participate in essential events.
