Company Introduction

Our client is a leader in Malta’s renewable energy sector.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Set sales goals and develop sales strategies;
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential;
  • Identify trends and untapped opportunities;
  • Research prospects and generate leads;
  • Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person;
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints;
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals;
  • Manage the sales process through specific software programs;
  • Build and maintain a CRM database;
  • Handle tenders and relative documentation;
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets;
  • Participate in sales team meetings.


  • Have 1+ years of sales experience;
  • Be fluent in English and preferably in Maltese;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs;
  • Knowledge in the Renewable Energy Sector will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Be highly motivated and target driven with a track record in sales;
  • Have excellent oral and written communications skills;
  • Proven ability to prioritise and think strategically.
