Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities by proactively prospecting and developing new client relationships;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote solutions and secure C-Level deals;
  • Achieve targeted sales goals for existing accounts, ensuring continued growth and client satisfaction;
  • Analyze various market verticals and implement tailored sales strategies to effectively address industry-specific needs;
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand market presence and build professional networks;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Audit, and Finance, to ensure smooth execution and exceptional service delivery.

Experience

  • You have at least 5 years of sales experience in the IT services, fintech, or compliance sectors, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets;
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
