Our client is a company operating within the fashion and retail supply chain.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets;
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and commercial opportunities;
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers and present relevant product offerings tailored to client requirements;
  • Convert new business opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships;
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and agreements to support profitable growth;
  • Monitor customer needs, market developments, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM and ERP systems;
  • Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics to support business growth objectives;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction;
  • Contribute ideas, improvements, and initiatives that support business development and commercial success.

Experience

  • Previous experience within Sales, Business Development, Buying, Account Management, or a similar commercial role within the fashion industry and the off-price market;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels and build long-term business relationships;
  • Fluency in English is required; Italian and/or Russian/Ukrainian will be considered a strong advantage.
