Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets;
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and commercial opportunities;
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers and present relevant product offerings tailored to client requirements;
- Convert new business opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships;
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and agreements to support profitable growth;
- Monitor customer needs, market developments, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM and ERP systems;
- Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics to support business growth objectives;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction;
- Contribute ideas, improvements, and initiatives that support business development and commercial success.
Experience
- Previous experience within Sales, Business Development, Buying, Account Management, or a similar commercial role within the fashion industry and the off-price market;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels and build long-term business relationships;
- Fluency in English is required; Italian and/or Russian/Ukrainian will be considered a strong advantage.
