Our client is a leading company within the financial services sector.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounting, administrative, and related support services;
- Prepare management accounts and financial statements;
- Liaise with auditors and support audit processes;
- Handle tax reporting, payments, and communication with tax authorities;
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations;
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and maintaining strong relationships;
- Support payroll processing for clients where applicable;
- Assist with additional administrative and client-related tasks as required.
Experience
- Progressing towards ACCA qualification or equivalent;
- Previous experience in client accounting or a similar role;
- Good understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards (IFRS and GAPSME);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Experience with Sage Pastel Evolution will be considered an asset.
