Our client is a leading organisation in corporate services, trustees and fiduciaries.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for a portfolio of clients which shall include liaising on a daily basis with principals, yacht/aircraft captains, advisors, lawyers, trustees and board members;
- Actively administer the day to day needs of our clients for both the yacht and aircraft portfolio;
- Processing and filing of payments;
- Attendance and participation at client meetings and minuting of same;
- Providing support to and liaising with the various departments within the company;
- Responsible for ensuring that client records are kept up to date;
- Reviewing client companies, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for client companies including ongoing monitoring and transaction monitoring amongst others;
- Ensuring that requests from clients and colleagues are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner and that statutory deadlines are met.
Experience
- Holding a Diploma qualification in a relevant sector, with a pertinent tertiary qualification being considered an asset;
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a corporate service provider set-up or in the Yachting Industry;
- Experience in yacht administration will be given preference.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Strong communication skills;
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Result-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and attentive to detail.
