Our client is a leading organisation in corporate services, trustees and fiduciaries.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients which shall include liaising on a daily basis with principals, yacht/aircraft captains, advisors, lawyers, trustees and board members;
  • Actively administer the day to day needs of our clients for both the yacht and aircraft portfolio;
  • Processing and filing of payments;
  • Attendance and participation at client meetings and minuting of same;
  • Providing support to and liaising with the various departments within the company;
  • Responsible for ensuring that client records are kept up to date;
  • Reviewing client companies, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for client companies including ongoing monitoring and transaction monitoring amongst others;
  • Ensuring that requests from clients and colleagues are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner and that statutory deadlines are met.


  • Holding a Diploma qualification in a relevant sector, with a pertinent tertiary qualification being considered an asset;
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in a corporate service provider set-up or in the Yachting Industry;
  • Experience in yacht administration will be given preference.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Any skills in French also considered an asset;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Result-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and attentive to detail.
