Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reporting to the Managing Director;
  • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met;
  • Managing all activities concerning a diverse client portfolio;
  • Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience;
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols;
  • Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes;
  • Supervise a small team of administrators;
  • Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals.

Experience

  • Holding a relevant degree and/or professional qualification relating to corporate law, trust law and / or compliance matters;
  • At least 2 years' experience in corporate and trust administration.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written;
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail;
  • Good knowledge of Malta’s legislation covering corporate and trust matters;
  • Strong knowledge of AML-ATF legislation and compliance procedures;
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills;
  • A versatile, flexible and can-do attitude.
