Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support ongoing monitoring and testing of internal controls to ensure alignment with laws, regulations, and internal standards;
  • Carry out routine compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments across various business areas;
  • Research regulatory requirements and assist in translating them into practical compliance updates and actions;
  • Prepare clear documentation, reports, and workpapers outlining review results and recommendations;
  • Address day-to-day compliance queries from employees and external partners;
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and training content;
  • Assist with the timely escalation, tracking, and reporting of compliance issues and remediation efforts;
  • Monitor regulatory developments and share relevant updates with the compliance team and affected departments;
  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and requests for information;
  • Collaborate with legal, risk, audit, and operational teams to help strengthen overall compliance frameworks.

Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field;
  • Possess 2-4 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or a similar function;
  • Solid understanding of relevant regulations, such as AML, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, SEC/FINRA, or other industry-specific rules;
  • Familiarity with compliance tools, GRC systems, or reporting dashboards is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Regulatory knowledge and ability to interpret and apply rules effectively;
  • Sound professional judgment and a high ethical standard;
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
  • Effective collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders.
