Our client provides corporates services to gaming clients.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a number of client portfolios and seek to accommodate their respective needs in a timely and in accordance with regulatory procedures;
- Incorporating companies, applying for gaming licenses;
- Maintain a good relationship and work with several institutions such as MFSA, MGA, etc.;
- Guidance and good communication with our clients on-boarding due diligence, overseeing ongoing monitoring of transactions and update customer due diligence;
- Maintain an organized and structured client filing system;
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal sources;
- Attending client meetings as well as advising them on company incorporation, gaming licensing, etc..
Experience
- Holding a Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant study. Law degree is a plus;
- Experience in gaming is required, within other jurisdictions, will be considered an asset;
- Strong knowledge of AML-ATF legislation and compliance procedures.
Personal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be a plus;
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to work on your own initiative, pre-empt requirements;
- Deliver tasks with high attention to detail.
