Company Introduction


Our client provides corporates services to gaming clients.

Job Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Manage a number of client portfolios and seek to accommodate their respective needs in a timely and in accordance with regulatory procedures;
  • Incorporating companies, applying for gaming licenses;
  • Maintain a good relationship and work with several institutions such as MFSA, MGA, etc.;
  • Guidance and good communication with our clients on-boarding due diligence, overseeing ongoing monitoring of transactions and update customer due diligence;
  • Maintain an organized and structured client filing system;
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal sources;
  • Attending client meetings as well as advising them on company incorporation, gaming licensing, etc..

Experience

  • Holding a Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant study. Law degree is a plus;
  • Experience in gaming is required, within other jurisdictions, will be considered an asset;
  • Strong knowledge of AML-ATF legislation and compliance procedures.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be a plus;
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, pre-empt requirements;
  • Deliver tasks with high attention to detail.
