Our client is a leading iGaming company.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Be responsible for anything related to the requirements of the MGA;
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the MGA license;
- Be able to liaise with the competent authorities;
- Be constantly updated regarding the industry and the regulations pertaining to it and be able to pass on information in simple terms;
- Able to conduct gap analysis and to be able to disseminate information throughout the organisation;
- Fluent in MS Office, Jira, Confluence and project management tools;
- Develop policies and procedures;
- Have a keen eye for reviewing site content to ensure adherence with advertising codes, advertising standards, and good marketing conduct;
- Review, manage and resolve customer complaints from regulatory bodies, ADRs’ and ODRs’;
- Supporting the company to develop and implement compliance controls with regards to applicable internal and external rules, regulations, company policies;
- Provide infallible compliance advice, support, and internal training across the business on different aspects;
- Suggesting improvements on sites, products, policies, and procedures;
- Providing reports to management regularly to keep the company informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts;
- Monitoring and reporting risks and compliance gaps concerning internal and external regulations;
- Working in areas such as AML, CTF, Gambling License and Legislation, ODR, PCI DSS, Advertising, Data Protection, etc;
- Owning licensing processes for new jurisdictions;
- Has a particular specialism you want to develop within the compliance DPT. and to be able to train up fellow compliance officers.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience working within a reputable jurisdiction;
- Knowledge of working in areas such as AML, CTF, Licence and Legislation, ODR, PCI DSS, Advertising, Data Protection, etc;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Technical compliance knowledge would be considered an asset;
- 2 years of experience working within a reputable jurisdiction (MGA is a must)..
