- Support the daily operations and planning of the Compliance Department, ensuring all activities align with current legislation and regulatory standards;
- Review client onboarding documentation to confirm accuracy and compliance with internal policies;
- Carry out daily transaction monitoring to detect and escalate any suspicious or unusual activity;
- Assist in coordinating and executing tasks under the AML/CFT Compliance Monitoring Programme, identifying trends, gaps, and potential risks, and reporting findings to the Financial Crime Compliance Manager;
- Prepare and deliver regular compliance reports to management as required;
- Perform additional duties and provide support within the Compliance Department as needed.
Experience
- Strong interest in anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance;
- Qualification in Compliance, AML, or a related area is preferred; candidates willing to pursue relevant certification within two years will also be considered;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
