Our company is a leading corporate services provider.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with the completion of day-to-day corporate tasks;
  • Liaise with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities;
  • Handle the incorporation of companies;
  • Handle the administration and maintenance of clients’ companies, including annual corporate filings as well as preparing and registering  any corporate changes;
  • Assist with opening/closing of bank accounts and liaise with banks on a regular basis.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a corporate administration role or in a similar administrative position;
  • Sound knowledge in IT and IT technologies;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent organisational  and time-management skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • A good multi-tasker;
  • Highly organised, efficient and able to manage own workload with minimal supervision;
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage positively and productively with colleagues, service providers alike and clients.
