Our company is a leading corporate services provider.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with the completion of day-to-day corporate tasks;
- Liaise with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities;
- Handle the incorporation of companies;
- Handle the administration and maintenance of clients’ companies, including annual corporate filings as well as preparing and registering any corporate changes;
- Assist with opening/closing of bank accounts and liaise with banks on a regular basis.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a corporate administration role or in a similar administrative position;
- Sound knowledge in IT and IT technologies;
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- A good multi-tasker;
- Highly organised, efficient and able to manage own workload with minimal supervision;
- Strong communication skills, able to engage positively and productively with colleagues, service providers alike and clients.
