Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle the annual return and beneficial owner forms with regards to preparation and submission;
  • Gather due diligence documentation;
  • Prepare Internal KYC forms;
  • Submit forms to the Malta Business Registry;
  • Handle the corporate filing;
  • Monitor client due diligence ongoingly;
  • Carry out any general administrative duties;
  • Handle any other corporate tasks necessary.


  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Computer Literate.
