Company Introduction

Our client is a leading organisation in corporate services, trustees and fiduciaries.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Co-ordinate and handle day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies;
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required of a company secretary;
  • Attend corporate client meetings and the keeping of minutes;
  • Responsible for the incorporations and restructuring of companies and liaison thereon with the various Maltese Authorities;
  • Prepare documents in relation to client’s transactions, including resolutions;
  • Liaise with clients and various third-party service providers;
  • Perform all aspects of company administration;
  • Maintain up-to-date company records, both electronically and physically.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Have a good understanding of Maltese company law and the role of a company secretary;
  • Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Office applications.

Personal Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one’s own initiative;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team with a ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Have time-management skills.
