Our client is a leading organisation in corporate services, trustees and fiduciaries.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Co-ordinate and handle day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies;
- Prepare and submit statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required of a company secretary;
- Attend corporate client meetings and the keeping of minutes;
- Responsible for the incorporations and restructuring of companies and liaison thereon with the various Maltese Authorities;
- Prepare documents in relation to client’s transactions, including resolutions;
- Liaise with clients and various third-party service providers;
- Perform all aspects of company administration;
- Maintain up-to-date company records, both electronically and physically.
Experience
- Hold a Bachelor's in Law or similar;
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Have a good understanding of Maltese company law and the role of a company secretary;
- Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Office applications.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one’s own initiative;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team with a ‘can do’ attitude;
- Have time-management skills.
